It's often the fuel my brain needs to push through the day and remain both motivated and inspired. As our moods and feelings change, so does the music we listen to, this can definitely be in the art to be seen in the art. Art and music go hand in hand without a doubt. Lauren Fox

  • Xiola Episode 1- James Robinson

    18/04/2019 Duration: 01h10min

“From as far back I can remember drawing & music have been part of my life, and it’s how I viewed the world around me. Growing up during the bones brigade era, the artwork on the decks drew me in and I could see a clear path to view artwork as functional, disposable and raw fixture that anyone could own. Working within the Surf industry since I was 21 I’ve seen artwork come and go. I reached a point in my life when I realised I needed to get back to what I’d know since I was a kid. Bound by Sea and Dolsen was the starting point to re-ignite my passion for drawing and building a new view of the world.
